- No Facial Recognition: Kooya does NOT perform facial recognition or collect biometric identifiers.
- Photo Processing: Photos are processed primarily on your device. If any processing is required to generate thumbnails or organize categories, it is done instantaneously and the data is deleted immediately after the specific task is completed.
- Local Storage: By default, your photos remain stored locally on your device or your personal iCloud Photo Library. We do not store your personal photos on our servers for training or marketing purposes.
- No AI Training: We do not use your photos to train artificial intelligence models.
